FAQ

How do I care for my jewelry?

Metals will oxidize and tarnish over time, and while we often celebrate the patina that comes with age, there are times when you may want to restore your piece to a proper shine. To properly care for and prolong the life of your jewelry, store your pieces in a dry place, away from humidity and steam. We also suggest you remove it while exercising, showering and swimming as chlorine and salt will lead to tarnish.

If you would like to remove any light oils or fingerprints, you can use a clean, soft, dry microfiber cloth to wipe away any residue. If you find that isn’t quite doing the trick, then you can carefully clean the metal with a mild soap and water as necessary. Should you desire a brighter polish, you can use household silver polish, a polishing cloth or even toothpaste. Please avoid using any harsh chemicals or cleaners as these can damage or remove the patina on your piece. Some of your jewelry may be intentionally designed with a patina finish so be sure to take care when cleaning and polishing.

Will you make repairs?

While we take pride in the quality of our work, no piece of jewelry is truly indestructible. Please take care when wearing and treat it as any other art piece! We do understand however that sometimes, things just happen. Maybe your child pulled on your necklace a little too hard or your sweater snagged your earring? Should you require a repair, please contact us with a description of what happened and we'll assess the damage and needs on a case-by-case basis. If the repair needed is the result of undue wear and tear, a repair fee will apply.

Do you accept custom orders?

Currently we are unable to accommodate custom orders or allow for reservations on pieces. We do however take requests into account for potential future work, so please feel free to reach outif there's something you'd like to see in a specific style, size, etc.

Custom or personalized orders, including pieces that have been modified or adjusted at the customer's request, are not eligible for exchanges.
